Sir William Massingberd, 3rd Baronet
Sir William Massingberd, 3rd Baronet (1677 – 1723) was Member of Parliament (MP) for Lincolnshire from January 1721 until his death in 1723.
He inherited his baronetcy from his father Sir William Massingberd, 2nd Baronet on his death in 1719.
On his own death in 1723, the baronetcy became extinct and his estate—including Gunby Hall—passed to his nephew William Meux, who changed name to Massingberd as a condition of the inheritance,[1][2] thereby becoming William Meux Massingberd.
