Sjóvar kommuna (Faroese: Sjóvar kommuna) is a municipality of the Faroese Islands.

It covers a part of the island of Eysturoy. It consists of the villages of Strendur, Innan Glyvur, Selatrað, Morskranes and Kolbanargjógv.
