Small Planet Airlines GmbH is a German charter airline founded in 2015 and planned to commence operations on 13 May 2016. Along with parent airline Small Planet Airlines (Lithuania), which owns 80% of the German airline, and sister airline Small Planet Airlines (Poland) it belongs to the Small Planet Group.

The headquarter in Berlin is expected to have up to 15 employees while each airplane will be operated by 5 crews of 6; together that gives an expected overall employee count of around 75.[1]


Destinations

Starting in May 2016, the company plans to fly to Southern European destinations from various German cities, mostly Bremen and Paderborn, for travel groups like Thomas Cook and TUI.

Fleet

As of March 2016 the airline does not have any aircraft. It is expected to receive its first two aircraft during April or May 2016 and start operations shortly after.
