Initial release 2013

SocialOS supports rapid development of vertical collaboration environments and Social Apps.

History

SocialOS is a proprietary social infrastructure technology launched by San Francisco based technology company, PeopleBrowsr, in 2013.[1][2] It was developed over 7 years in collaboration with the United States Department of Defense, DARPA,[3] and a major bank. SocialOS is designed to support Brands and Businesses who want to unique, branded social experiences, instead of solely building communities on disparate major social platforms.[4][5][6] The emergence of the generic Top Level Domain (gTLD) space has seen SocialOS provide Domain Registries, Registrars and Registrants the ability to generate and join focused social platforms that engage their specific audience.[7][8]

SocialOS powers proprietary applications including Grab (web and iOS application for sharing bundles of content), Kred (Score and Platform for increasing online Influence) and Top Level Domains including .CEO and .Best.
