CNN Philippines Updates or simply Updates is the news-bulletin of CNN Philippines.
It was launched in March 1, 2012, used by channel's predecessors Solar News Channel (as Solar News Update and Solar Headlines) and 9TV (as Headlines) and currently airs every 30 minutes from 9:00 am to 10:00 am and 11:30 am on weekday mornings, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekday afternoons, and on weekends every hour from 9 am to 5 pm. It also airs every half an hour alongside public service program Serbisyo All Access.
Updates can be aired beyond its regular allotment for special coverages; and when a developing story breaks, it will air as CNN Philippines Breaking News. Whenever possible, breaking stories from CNN International may simulcast on CNN Philippines, before or after the local updates are aired.
The weekend edition was premiered on June 13, 2015. Prior to the expansion, it is only airing when warranted on cases like natural calamities.
