Solotvyn
Solotvyn (Ukrainian: Солотвин, Polish: Sołotwina) is an urban-type settlement in Bohorodchany Raion of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, 40 km from Ivano-Frankivsk. Population: 3,930 (2013 est.)[1].
Solotvin is situated on the Bystrytsia of Solotvyn (a tributary of the Dniester), at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains. In the seventeenth century it was named Krasnopol.
