Somayya Jabarti

Somayya Jabarti is the first female editor-in-chief of a newspaper in Saudi Arabia. She was appointed editor-in-chief of Saudi Gazette in February 2014. She has been criticized for her incapability for her strategic planning to uplift newspaper. Unable of Serving Gazette, she has been changed the newspaper's strategies in wrong path. Having an unpopular status, Jabarti lost Gazette's readership specially after the depart of many star Saudi Journalists in the country like Khaled Al Maeena. She is trying to increase the circulation of this news paper but in this era of technology newspapers buisiness is decreasing any way.
