Some Assembly Required is the eighth episode of first season of the animated television series The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. It was originally broadcast on Disney XD on October 27, 2010.

Plot

The episode starts with Mandrill is trying to escape from a bank robbery with a bag full of money.After the Avengers arrive, he immediately surrendered because of his cowardliness.

Black Panther arrived in New York on a cargo ship at night.While he arrive he was confronted by a group of sailors and he defeat them.In morning, Iron Man and Pepper Potts introduced Avengers Mansion and hand out Avengers ID Cards to other members.They discuss about new prison—Negative Zone—created by Reed Richards because other super prisons were destroyed.

In Hulk's room, Enchantress was manipulating him in the form of Bruce Banner in his mind.Janet decided to move into Avengers Mansion after arguing with Hank Pym.In mansion, Hulk stomped with Thor and leave from there.Thor goes after him to bring back after Pepper convinces him but led them fight in Central Park.During a meeting between Stark and Fury,Pepper tells about the Hulk situation. He assemble other Avengers and fight Hulk. Iron man and Thor find that Enchantress enchanted him. Bruce break the bond that suppress him and flee.Avengers were defeated by Enchantress and Executioner. Hulk rescue Hank after he realize he will only be a monster if he deserts.All Avengers fight against Enchantress and Executioner and she again try to control Hulk but it fails.Executioner escaped with her after she was defeated.

Hulk quit Avengers after the fight.The episode ends with the Hulk is somewhere in the Arctic circle and we see Captain America's shield trapped in ice.
