"Somebody Saved Me" is a song written and composed by Pete Townshend, the guitarist and principal songwriter for The Who. The song appears on his third solo album All the Best Cowboys Have Chinese Eyes (1982). It is also on The Who's 1997 remaster of their 1981 album Face Dances as a bonus track.
The Who omitted "Somebody Saved Me" from Face Dances, their first album with Kenney Jones on drums following the death of Keith Moon, as it did not fit with their musical style at the time.[1]
