Sometimes the Blues Is Just a Passing Bird is an EP by The Tallest Man on Earth, released on September 6, 2010. It was generally well-received by critics and marks one of Kristian Matsson's first incorporation of electric guitar sound, on "The Dreamer". This song also drives the line titling the album on its chorus. "Like the Wheel" also goes on to appear as a bonus track on his 2010 album The Wild Hunt, rewritten to include nothing but piano and vocals.
