Сонце и месечина (Sonce i Mesečina, English translation: Sun and Moon) is the debut album of the Macedonian pop/rock musician Aleksandra Pileva. The album was released in 2005, and promoted Pileva in Macedonia after her successful Eurovision selection song "Sonce i Mesečina". The album was also used to introduce Aleksandra Pileva in several of the Balkan countries. The album achieved a large amount of success in her native Macedonia, with several songs from the album going on to become hit singles in their own right.

The songs on the album are a combination of her early successes and brand new material. Most of the songs included, come from the Macedonian Eurovision selection in 2005, in which she participated with 4 songs. The album also contains her MakFest winning song "Nema Uteha", which was responsible for her further rise in fame. There are three new songs, including one remix of her most successful single, "Sonce i Mesečina".
