Sonus Faber is an Italian manufacturer of handcrafted speakers, headphones, and other high-end audio equipment based in Arcugnano, Veneto, Italy.[2][3] The company was founded in 1983 by Franco Serblin.[4][5] Sonus Faber is one of several audio brands owned by Fine Sounds Group, which also owns McIntosh, Wadia, Sumiko and Audio Research.[6][7]
Sonus Faber's products include Chameleon T floor-standing tower speakers, Venere floor speakers, Aida tower speakers, Pryma luxury headphones, and others. [8][9][10] The Aida line of speakers sells for approximately $120,000.[11]
