The sooty swift (Cypseloides fumigatus) is a species of swift in the Apodidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, and Paraguay. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
