Sophie Alexandra Hemming (born June 20, 1980) is an English rugby union player. She represented England at the 2010 Women's Rugby World Cup and has also been named in the squad to the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup.[1][2]
Outside rugby, Hemming is a veterinarian.[3][4]
