The South River Public Schools are a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade from South River, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, New Jersey, United States.

As of the 2011-12 school year, the district's four schools had an enrollment of 2,305 students and 163.7 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 14.08:1.[1]

The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "CD", the sixth-highest of eight groupings.
