Southport High School is a public high school located in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Located in Perry Township, on the south side of the city, Southport is a part of the Metropolitan School District of Perry Township.[1]
Notable alumni
- Louie Dampier - Former NBA player for the San Antonio Spurs. Dampier also played for the Kentucky Colonels of the American Basketball Association[2]
- Chuck Klein - Former MLB player for the Philadelphia Phillies (1928–1933), Chicago Cubs (1934–1936), Philadelphia Phillies (1936–1939), Pittsburgh Pirates (1939) and Philadelphia Phillies (1940–1944)[3]
