The 2009 season was, to date, Harrington's most successful as a coach, taking the team to the regular season Southland title with an overall record of 41-17 (24-7 SLC) and its fourth Regional appearance. The 2011 season yielded Harrington his 400th career win (416-297) as this team tied the season high win mark once again, with 41 (41-23).
