Spaladium Arena is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment arena located in Split, Croatia. It opened in December 2008, and hosted the following month's World Men's Handball Championship.[3] Spaladium Arena was also the home venue for basketball team KK Split.[3]

As of August 2013, Spaladium Arena had been closed for more than a year over the inability of its operators to cover the maintenance costs.[4] It was reopened for a Severina concert in December 2013.[5][6]
