Speiredonia mutabilis is a species of moth of the Erebidae family. It is found in India, Ceylon, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, from Sundaland eastwards to Australia, the Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji and Tonga.
The larvae feed on Acacia species.
