Cigaritis tavetensis, the Taveta Silverline, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in western Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of savanna.
They feed on Acacia drepanolobium within galls. They are associated with ants of the Pheidole genus.
