FK Srem (Serbian Cyrillic: ФK Cpeм Jaкoвo) is a football club from Jakovo, a suburban neighborhood of Belgrade, Serbia. The club currently playing in the Serbian League Belgrade, ranked third competition in Serbia.

History

The club was founded in 1927. under the name FK Borac. During its history the club has changed its name several times. The name was later changed from FK Borac to FK Crvena Zvezda, then the FK Dušan Vukasović and finally to its current name, FK Srem.

The greatest success of the club is that it plays Second League of Serbia and Montenegro in the season 2002-03 and he played 1/8 finals of the Serbian Cup in season 2010-11.
