St.Antony's Church, Chemmanvilai is a Roman Catholic Church located in Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, India. St. Antony's Church, located right in the middle of the Chemmanvilai village, is also an important worship center that plays an important role in the lives of the people in the village. The Church is under the control of Roman Catholic Diocese of Kuzhithurai.[1] On 1942 December, 25 Rev Fr. Mathias of Madathattuvilai Parish helps to establish the small church and hold the first mass in the church. And the first annual festival is held on 1943 April, 11. Second Church was established by Bishop Agniswami. T.R on 1970 December, 20.Bishop Peter Remigius of Kottar Diocese announced the church as new parish on June 22,2011 and the first priest was Rev Fr. Joakins.A.
