St. Katherine College is a young undergraduate college located in San Marcos, CA. It currently has 43 students enrolled, and it teaches liberal arts and sciences. The college moved its campus to a new location in San Marcos, CA, in the fall of 2014.


St. Katherine is only the second undergraduate institution in the U.S. with an affiliation to the Orthodox Church, and the first college of liberal arts and sciences in the Orthodox Christian tradition.

The College is regionally accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).

Sports

St. Katherine College currently offers intercollegiate sports and competes as a National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Division I institution : Baseball, Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Men's and Women's Soccer, and Women's Softball.

On December 28, 2013, St. Katherine's men's basketball program gained national attention when it faced off against then No. 20 ranked San Diego State University and Pac-12 Conference member University of Utah on consecutive nights, losing by 83 points and 73 points respectively.[1]
