Stade Français (basketball)
Stade Français Basket was the a French basketball club from France. Founded in 1920, it was a branch of French omnisport club Stade Français.
The section is best remembered for its women's team, which won six national championships in the 1980s including five titles in a row, becoming a regular in the European Cup.[1] In 1985 it moved to nearby Versailles, competing as Union Stade Français Versailles until it was disestablished in 1989.
