Stan Gustafson (born May 7, 1942) is an American lawyer and politician from the state of Iowa. A Republican, he serves in the Iowa House of Representatives.

On January 7, 2014, Gustafson won a special election to succeed Julian Garrett in the Iowa House for the 25th district.[1]

Gustafson was born in Washington, D.C.[2] He served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps.[1]
