Stanisław Czerniecki (Polish pronunciation: [staˈɲiswaf t͡ʂɛrˈɲɛt͡skʲi]; fl. 1682) was a Polish office-holder and chef, best known as the author of Compendium ferculorum, albo zebranie potraw (A Collection of Dishes), the first cookbook written originally in the Polish language. He was a nobleman who served as a royal secretary, podstoli (titular deputy master of the pantry) of Żytomierz, and head chef at the court of Prince Aleksander Michał Lubomirski, voivode of Kraków.
