Stanley Paul (publishers)

Stanley Paul are a firm of publishers founded in London in 1906. The original firm traded until 1927 when it went in liquidation. In 1928 the imprint was resurrected as a subsidiary of Hutchinson and Company. It became part of London Weekend Television in 1979, Century Hutchinson from 1985, and Random Century from 1989.[1]

Stanley Paul have been particularly known as publishers of sports books.[2]
