State prosecutor may refer to a prosecutor who works for a state government; see:
State Prosecutor may also be the name of a specific office, such as
- the Office of the State Prosecutor in Maryland, an independent unit within the state attorney general's office,[1] which performs functions analogous to those of a special prosecutor.
