State Road 685 (SR 685) is mainly a north–south highway in Tampa, Florida, running from Lutz to South Tampa. It begins in northern Hillsborough County as a secret designation of U.S. Route 41 Business. It then continues southward until it reaches Kennedy Blvd/State Road 60. Then the designation heads westward towards the West Shore area before making a southwestward turn onto Henderson Boulevard, where it continues as a signed route until Dale Mabry Highway.
