Stephanie Clare Brookes (born 20 December 1980 in Stoke-on-Trent) is an English writer and journalist.
Her work encompasses broadcasting, with appearances on BBC Radio 2, BBC London 94.9FM, Talk Sport and ITV’s This Morning. She writes the Destiny column for the online periodical mybliss.co.uk.
Brookes's second book, How to Be a Spiritual Goddess came out in 2011, and her third, Meditation Made Easy in 2014.
