Stephen A. Head (born January 13, 1984), is a former American professional baseball player in the Cleveland Indians and Colorado Rockies minor leagues as and Infielder and outfielder. Head is currently a Volunteer Assistant with The Ole Miss Rebels baseball team.

Before being selected by the Cleveland Indians with the 62nd overall pick in the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft, Head attended Hillcrest Christian School (Jackson, Mississippi) and the University of Mississippi. He was the designated hitter for Team USA during the 2003 Pan American Games,[1] receiving a silver medal for his efforts.

Head spent the 2008 season with the Akron Aeros and helped lead the team to the Eastern League Championship Series. As of 2011 he serves on the Tri-City Dust Devils as their Class A-Short Season player.[2]
