Stephen J. Murphy
Stephen John Murphy is a member of the Boston City Council in Boston, Massachusetts. He has served on the City Council since 1997. In November 2015 he lost his re-election bid to Annissa Essaibi George.[1] [2] He was president of the Council from 2011 to 2014.
