Steponas "Stepas" Garbačiauskas (April 17, 1900 – August 3, 1983) was an Lithuanian record-holding athlete, football player, sports journalist, diplomat. He is regarded as one of the Lithuanian sports pioneers.[1] Garbačiauskas was buried at Petrašiūnai Cemetery.[2]
