Sternitta gregerseni is a moth of the Micronoctuidae family. It is found in central Nepal.
The wingspan is 10–11 mm. The forewings are unicolourous grey. The crosslines are all present and brownish black. The hindwing ground colour is light grey with an indistinct discal spot. The abdomen is light grey.
