The Stone Bridge (Latvian: Akmens tilts — Stone bridge) in Riga, the capital of Latvia, is a bridge that crosses the Daugava River. The construction of the bridge began in 1955 and ended in 1957. The bridge is the only crossing point for the city's tram system.
