Storage capacity (energy)

Storage capacity is the amount of energy a power plant energy storage system can store, in number of hours of electricity production at power plant nameplate capacity, delivered only with energy from the power plant embedded storage system. Storage maybe of chemical, kinetic energy, potential energy, thermal or other type.[1]
