StrongBoard Balance is as a springboard and multi-spring balance board.
Overview
StrongBoard Balance was launched in 2014 at the LA Fit Expo and showed at the IHRSA International Convention.[1] Individuals can use StrongBoard Balance to train using the weight of their own body.[2][3] The board builds upon traditional strengthening methods.[4]
With a design consisting of a solid base and a flat top, StrongBoard Balance is a tool for exercises including pushups, step ups, squats, and many others.[5] StrongBoard Balance is a one piece apparatus connected at the base, with the springs connected to the board.[6] Through employing various balance techniques, StrongBoard Balance works to strengthen the core by toughen stabilizing muscles.[7]
