Sua Vida Me Pertence
Sua Vida Me Pertence (Portuguese for Your Life Belongs To Me) was the first in a tradition of telenovelas in Brazil. Broadcast by TV Tupi in São Paulo in black and white in 1951, it pioneered the genre worldwide, and featured Brazil's first on-screen kiss.
