Sue Jameson is an Anglo-Australian journalist and television presenter, best known for her roles on GMTV, Daybreak and Good Morning Britain as a news correspondent.

Career

In 1993, Jameson joined GMTV as their Moscow Correspondent. During her seventeen years at GMTV, she reported on a wide range of news stories, some of which have included Hurricane Katrina and the election of Barack Obama. In 2008, she became the programme's New York Correspondent, however she returned home in 2010 to cover the UK's General Election.

From September 2010, Sue worked as a Political Editor for ITV Breakfast programmes Daybreak and Lorraine. She transferred to Daybreak's replacement show Good Morning Britain in April 2014, remaining as Political Editor until 26 November 2015, when she left to join her family in Australia.

In addition to her television roles she has worked on IRN, LBC Radio and The Evening Standard.

Personal life

Sue is an avid baker, and loves making cakes, which she hopes to do more of when she retires.
