Sugören is a village in Hopa district of Artvin Province, Turkey. It is a coastal village on the Black Sea at 41°23′N 41°24′E / 41.383°N 41.400°E on the newly constructed motorway. It is almost merged to Hopa at the east and 80 kilometres (50 mi) to Artvin. The population of Sugören was 1127 [1] as of 2013. The main economic activities of the village are fishing and tea agriculture.
