This is a Chinese name; the family name is Sui.

Sui Yuanjin (died 200) was a military general serving under the warlord Yuan Shao during the late Han Dynasty period of Chinese history. During the Battle of Guandu between Yuan and rival warlord Cao Cao, Sui was tasked with defending the supply depot at Wuchao together with Chunyu Qiong. Sui was attacked by Cao's forces and killed in action while delivering a load of supplies.
