Sultan Mudzaffar Shah III is the first Son of Sultan Sherif Abu Bakar Shah. He replaced his Father Sultan Sherif Abu Bakar Shah killed by Sukhothai & British sponsored/compromised by Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin Who is governor of Penang & Province welesley. Sultan Madzaffar Shah III's death, the sultan replaced by his 1st son Sultan Syed Allaudin Shah called Panglima Bukit Gantang who is governor of songkla. After death of Sultan Syed Allaudin Shah, He was replaced By Sultan Jaafar Madazzam Shah called long Jaafar who killed also by conspiracy of British & sukhothai and Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin (who received political protection from the British) and located at Malacca. Sultan Jaafar Madazzam Shah is the last sultanate of Kedah. After his death, The British and Sukhothai appointed the Sultan Abdul Hamid Halim Shah who married as a 2nd wife, manjalara, the Sister of Chulalongkorn, King of Thailand. Sultan Abdul Hamid Halim Shah is a new generation of sultanate of kedah. By this 2nd wife, The first Prime Minister is Tengku Abdul Rahman Al Haj was born.
