Surinder Mehra
Air Chief Marshal Surinder Kumar Mehra (born 15 November 1932, Delhi), PVSM, AVSM, VM was the Chief of Air Staff of Indian Air Force from 01 Aug 1988 till 31 Jul 1991.[1]
