Susumu Kurobe (Chinese: 黒部 進pinyin:hei bujin, Kurobe Susumu), given the birth name of Takashi Yoshimoto (吉本 隆志 Yoshimoto Takashi), was born on October 22, 1939 in Kurobe, Toyama, Japan.

He is commonly known for having played the character role Shin Hayata in the Ultraman series, a role he reprised in episode 47 of the 2006 television series Ultraman Mebius and its theatrical film adaptation, Ultraman Mebius & Ultraman Brothers, as well as Superior Ultraman 8 Brothers. In 2005, he played chief Kenzo Tomioka in Ultraman Max.

He is the father of Takami Yoshimoto, who portrayed Rena Yanase in Ultraman Tiga (1996).
