Svalia is a village in the municipality of Overhalla in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) north of the municipal centre, Ranemsletta. The 0.22-square-kilometre (54-acre) village has a population (2013) of 256. The population density is 1,164 inhabitants per square kilometre (3,010/sq mi).[1]
