Svein Thøgersen (born June 23, 1946) is a Norwegian competition rower and Olympic medalist.
He received a silver medal in double sculls at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, together with Frank Hansen.[1]
He received a silver medal in double sculls in the 1971 European championships, also with Frank Hansen.
