Sveinn Helgason (born 14 November 1924) is an Icelandic former footballer. He was part of the Iceland national football team between 1946 and 1953. He played 7 matches.[1][2] On club level he played for Valur. He won the 1944 Úrvalsdeild, and was overall topscorer with two goals.
