Sveinn Teitsson (born 1 March 1931) is an Icelandic former footballer. He was part of the Iceland national football team between 1953 and 1964. He played 23 matches, scoring 2 goals.[1][2] One of the goald he scored against Denmark during the Football at the 1960 Summer Olympics – Men's qualification tournament, but Iceland failed to qualify for the 1960 Summer Olympics. On club level he played for ÍA Akranes
