Sven Marquardt
Sven Marquardt is a German photographer, writer, and the head doorman for the Berlin nightclub Berghain.[1] In 2014 he released the memoir Die Nacht ist Leben (English translation: The Night is Life) about his time in the German techno scene between his life in East Germany during the 1980s and the contemporary scene.[2] Marquardt also participated in a well-known GQ Magazine interview that was seen as revealing about the underground of Berlin.[3] His publications include books on his photography. Additionally he has shown is work in solo photography exhibitions.[4] Marquardt has also co-produced a fashion line with Hugo Boss.[1]
