Swedenborgian Church
There are many religious organizations that are classified as a Swedenborgian Church.
These organizations are the New Christian churches who understand the Bible in the light of the 18th century theological writings of Emanuel Swedenborg.
Swedenborgian denominations in the United States
- The New Church — also known as Swedenborgianism, &/or the General Church of the New Jerusalem, several historically related Christian denominations that developed as a new religious movement, informed by the writings of Emanuel Swedenborg.
- Swedenborgian Church of North America — also known as the General Convention of the New Jerusalem.
- Lord's New Church Which Is Nova Hierosolyma — also known as the Lord's New Church, based on the Old Testament, the New Testament, and the theological writings of Emanuel Swedenborg, which its members view as the Third Testament.
